Best -Good vacation benefits, standard other benefits, bonus program but difficult to achieve. Worse part no 401k match.
there are not many good things to say about the benefits, there were none available. Health care was available, but, it wasn't worth it due to how much money of your paycheck goes to coverage. Each time you work ($1) gets taken off your paycheck to get drinks. (50%) off employee meals each time you work.
Health Insurance not good. It was intimated that annual bonus was expected but I only got one in three years. The work-life balance was much much better than company I had worked for. I was treated well when family emergencies happened and the company was truly supportive.
There were some "employee perks" including drinks during your shift (which they took out of your pay). If you didn't drink anything during your shift, they took it out anyway.
The best "Benefit" was taking home some of the left over food at the end of the day when people would order and never pick them up. The worst thing about it was that at the end of every day there would be left over food and we couldn't give it to the homeless or less fortunate people that walked by everyday.
NO 401k MATCH! Doesn't matter if you contribute .01% or 7% no match is offered!
