These are basic coverages and you pay for most of it.

We get to roll over 80 hours of PTO to the next year. I've never had that with any other company I've worked for before. To me, that is important, because sometimes you need more than 80 hours to take care of yourself or your loved ones.

Zero cost to employee health insurance plan, multiple paid holidays plus one floating holiday, great PTO plan.

There's ample vacation time (16 days starting your first year), but due to how busy you are it's unlikely you'll be using most of it. Sadly, there's no 401(K) matching, but they do offer both a Roth IRA and HSA.

Excellent & cheap benefits for single household, free vision and dental, group life insurance, EAP telephone counseling, short term and long term disability, paid maternity leave, starting 3 weeks PTO + 12 paid sick days which increases yearly. Federal mileage reimbursement.

You'll can get health care or something, pay and benefits really sucks at this organization if you are at the lower end

No 401k match, parking was previously covered but then admin used one parking lot closing as an excuse to offer $32/mo stipends to find parking on your own when the agency had been covering $60/mo passes for years. Health insurance is ok (premium is $40/pay period). Sick and vacation leave are ample, unless you're an "essential" staffer who only gets two holidays off per year.
