“Flight benefit plus average insurance”
“some local employee discount ”
“Vacation policy is pretty reasonable and managers are for the most part very flexible”
They offer very good benefits but it is costly. The best benefits offer is around $300 a check.
Decent benefits with poor morale...
Best things travel benefits are awesome Insurance is a little high
Insurance could be better, I paid a lot and had a high deductible
Medical benefits are excellent. HSA can be frustrating at times.
Flight benefit plus regular insurance
The benefits are ok, however the biggest perk are the free flights which can be overwhelming if you are traveling with more than 1 person
Great travel benefits on Frontier. Plenty of routes and growing.
Flight Benefits work on "Agreements." The airline you work at has certain agreements with it's employees and other airlines so you can get around, whether you're going on vacation or going home. Frontier lost agreements with virtually every airline and employees have to pay almost retail price to fly on planes we work on.
Good benefits great work environment
