Only adds 401k after a year. Pay high for medical for a family, flight benefits hard to use
Health insurance was not great and the cost was high. They did offer several options for benefits but each on cost you money. They did provide flight benefits but all the flights were generally full.
Flight Benefits are incredible, highly underrated.
worst thing is how expensive it was. if you had more than 1 kid they penalized you an extra $75 each month out of your paycheck. for me and my 2 kids it was almost $300 each paycheck for health insurance. the only pension they offered was retiree flight benefits.
your companions have to pay...you dont get positive space tickets for working holidays....only certain people get profit sharing..........company has NO insentives...they are about their bottom line and keep their employees out.....insurance is sssoooo expensive....un paid maternity leave.......its just not worth it
Frontier offers 20% off their lowest flight price your dependents and companions. However, time off is 2wks. Maybe management gets more but not normal worker bees. can fly standby for free; discount on other airlines, stand-by. Health/Dental and Vision packages are pretty decent. They need to make their PTO package as good as their medical benefits.
Flight benefits are always a plus, but not getting healthcare is a bummer.
The flight benefits is the greatest and worst perk you can get from any airlines, especially from Frontier. The flights are generally full so you have to be very careful when you try to fly standby, and have to be flexible. Also, even if you can get on a flight, you can't really afford to do much at your destination because the pay is lower than similar positions in different industries.
Pricey health benefits but company paud dental and life insurance.
Great travel benefits, average health benefits. One of the worst health plans for a low cost carrier.
