“Best thing is travel benefits. Worst thing is compensation.”
“Discount off flights. No worst thing really”
“Just not enough time off from work”
Cost to employee per paycheck
Not a lot of PTO, other benefits are pretty standard. Flight perks are the biggest benefit outside of healthcare.
Healthcare options aren't affordable and doesn't cover a lot of necessary care.
Good medical and travel benefits!
The Health benefits are 3 different tiers. I currently use the middle tier and I find it to be very reasonable.
Vacation/time off is about average (2 weeks until you complete 3 years with the company where it bumps to 3 weeks) no need to accrue it, all given at once each year. Not very many paid holidays. 401k is 50% matched of what you put in up to 6% (Frontier will put in up to 6% if you put in 12%). Travel benefits are pretty good. Health insurance is not great, but dental and vision are fully paid by Frontier (option for upgraded dental for a few dollars per paycheck)
Good health benefits and you get to travel.
Flight benefits, health, retirement, dental, vision, ect...even pet insurance!
Contacts lens package is once a year
It's a good company to work for
