Excellent healthcare care programs, large amt of PTO.
non union - 401k, match 3%. Health - they make you pay $150/month to have access to health insurance. Deductibles are around 3K for family.
comprehensive but expensive, medical and dental coverage
Benefits are not bad, however the health care premium has been rising each year and it is already much higher than what I had previously paid at another company. 401K matching is relatively bad, only 50% on up to 6% of your salary (effectively 3%), but it is better than nothing. You are given a minimum of 20 days PTO, which increases after a certain number of years at the company, with no additional sick days, and this PTO must be used before the end of the year otherwise it expires (no rollover or buy backs).
No bonus - and only 2% 401K match (if you stick for more than 2 years).
Express Scripts prescription plan. Forced to use for recurring scripts over local pharmacy.
Best thing is the health insurance is through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and offers excellent coverage.
On a steady decline of offerings and coverage with skyrocketing cost increases. 401k company match reduced multiple times, health benefits are decent, short term disability completely gutted for 2018 with no option to upgrade. Company seems interested in bare minimum offerings and does not appear to see employees as assets. Employee discount is a joke.
New 2018 more expensive then last few years. FTR cutting costs.
Frontier provides matching contributions to all employees 401k program. Various medical, dental and vision healthcare plans are offered to select from.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
