    They promised an annual bonus, but financial performance has been so poor they have discontinued the bonus.

    Their health benefits were VERY expensive compared to other employers. They had only 7 company holidays, and their 'flex time' vacation/sick plan was great if you don't get sick, but if you get the flu or something worse from being there because everyone else comes in sick so they won't burn their 'flex time'. Company training is a joke. Their 401k matching is equally horrible.
