Great health insurance with 3 tier levels to choose from and a large portion covered by employer for yourself and dependents. Company 401k match. From day 1 as a new employee I received 4 weeks of PTO with no waiting period, which increased every 5 years.
Great Health Insurance and PTO Accrued
Benefit package for management is expensive. Health insurance for Blue Cross is 3000 for just yourself.
Frontier offers a great benefits package. However, the employee contribution to the health insurance is high.
