Frontier did 'Flex Time' merging sick and vacation time into the same pool. Worked great if you didn't get sick, but everyone comes into the office sick now so they don't burn up their 'flex-time', making the rest of the office sick too. Good luck getting approval for more than a week's vacation too.

Are you looking for an amazing opportunity to work for a company that buys other companies instead of giving their employees a raise? Do you like clearing your schedule for the weekend expecting to work mandatory overtime, only to be told on Friday at 3 PM we don’t need you? Well then look no farther! Frontier is hiring now! You get to work with a payroll system developed in 1980, take non-stop phone calls because we fired the call center workers, and pay $95 a month for parking! But wait, THERE’S MORE! At Frontier we offer an unbelievable benefit package. If you sign up now, we will only charge you a small $35 fee each check to have us supply you with Health Insurance! Don’t worry, Frontier pockets that extra $35 fee so it doesn’t go to the insurance company. You get to pay your own health insurance premiums outside of our fee! And should you get Cancer while working here, we will let you use PTO for all of your treatments! In fact, Frontier allows you to use PTO for everything including Doctor Appointments, Bad Weather, and Dentist visits. There is no need to make up hours at Frontier. By exhausting all of your PTO time on average activities, you won’t have to worry about saving for an expensive vacation! For a limited time we will also throw in a completely worthless HR department. Any questions you ask will be forwarded to the department director. For example, at Frontier if you find yourself being bullied by a coworker that is threatening to punch you in the face, you can report that to your manager 3 times and they will take no action! Isn’t that great? If you are ready to be micromanaged to death, apply now! We do not warrant or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information found here. You are responsible for your own actions should you be stupid enough to apply to Frontier.
