Best thing is the work flex time! My managers allow me to work from home when I need to as long as I hit my rev targets. I'm a high

Minimal benefits package. Most consulting firms offer great packages but this was definitely found lacking.

Low pay, no matching for 401K, no training, terrible health insurance, call center type offices.

Pretty standard offering. No bells or whistles, but it'll get you by. They did match your 401k contribution - a small percentage - but something is better than nothing. No wellness or health program.

I have been VERY pleased with benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401K. Ten paid company holiday annually plus three weeks vacation/personal/sick time per year for first 3 years after that you receive additional week . There are annual bonuses. San Antonio office has complimentary on-site workout facility, on-site café, dry cleaning pick-up, and covered parking garage. The flexible work schedule is my favorite benefit!

Pay $150 a month out of pocket for horrible health insurance. No matching 401k. No employee engagement at all. Feedback is not accepted.
