Health insurance is good because it starts on the first of the following month you're hired. So, if you're hired on the last day of the calendar month then your new benefits start the following day. 401K match is average but vested from day-one. Their time off is terrible - 2 weeks or 10 days given to you the first of the year, not accrued which is a positive. Their pay is bi-weekly even though most companies moved to Monthly or Semi-Monthly decades ago. They put out a PTO policy which is hard to use because it's only for medical visits or emergency time off, not an extension of VACATION. Good for 1 day here or there and there's no formal system to monitor or track it. Summer Friday's are new to the company but they make you work additional hours by coming in super early (sometimes as early as 6:00 AM) - it's not fun or worth leaving early on a Friday. Although you have vacation and summer Friday's, it's frowned upon to utilize the benefit. Paternity leave is terrible. Men barely get any paternity leave, if any. Women get sub-standard time off for Paternity leave. Do. Better. No adoption assistance which really sucked as I wanted to adopt a child this year.

Best things are low costs and very broad network of doctors and dentists. Also low to no co pays for doctors office visits and dentist visits.
New insurance had high deductible. Life insurance and AD&D were reasonable. There is no retirement any more. Only 401K investment.
Health insurance is very good. 401K match is good. Lots of training time allotted for employees. Some departments are more open to this than others but overall its pretty good. Hours are somewhat flexible. Vacation schedule could use some updating and allow employees to bank time off.
My department was unsure if sick days counted as vacation days, so guess what? I lost vacation days for being sick.
I liked the 401K company match. A great way to save for the future.
