Terrible time off. Only 2 weeks and 3 weeks after 5 years. Most companies of this size offer 3 weeks out of the gate... Not FOTL.

Feels a little like a manufacturing environment when it comes to vacation allotment. This has changed for the good over the past several years but still has room for improvement. Banking vacation would be good ( with some reasonable max # of days ).

Good vacation plan with increasing time off as employment milestones are met

You get 2 weeks vacation your first 2 years. On your 3rd year, you get 3 weeks. At your 15th year, you max out at 4 weeks.

The vacation time for an experienced person coming into the company was very poor.... 2 weeks. You can't expect someone with 30 years of experience to go back to 2 weeks. It was nice to have the day after Thanksgiving off and Christmas Eve as company holidays.
