We get employee discounts as well as paid time off after some time. I'm sure there are options for them to help out with schooling.
It takes about a year until you get any health benefits. But they will give you some sort of discount if you qualify. You get pretty amazing discounts on groceries.
When you get holiday pay it’s always nice if you actually have the holiday off most of the time management required department heads to work holidays
