Currently, the vacation time (hours of pay) paid out are based on the average of the number of hours you worked the previous year. You have to take a whole week off. It must start on Sunday, but you will not necessarily be paid 40 hours for 1 week vacation. For example, you could take 1 week vacation week off, but only be paid 33.70 hours.
