-Wish after 90 day probation period, 1 week of vacation time available. And grew every 3 years instead of every 5 years. 1 year- 1 week vacation, 3 years 2 weeks vacation, 6 years 3 weeks of vacation.
Used to be based off the average of the previous 2 weeks worked but now it's capped at 20hrs for part time and 40hrs for full time
Sick time is barely useful and vacation is incredibly slow to get
The best thing is that you get it, the worst being after you work for some time.
it is fine i guess
Need to work there for 2 years to slowly start accumulating either one
40 hours per week depending on how your hours were the month prior
Takes 1 year to get 1 week of time off, and it's based on how much you worked the past year. So if you were part time you aren't getting that much.
Currently, the vacation time (hours of pay) paid out are based on the average of the number of hours you worked the previous year. You have to take a whole week off. It must start on Sunday, but you will not necessarily be paid 40 hours for 1 week vacation. For example, you could take 1 week vacation week off, but only be paid 33.70 hours.
1 week after 1 year. 2 weeks after 4 years. 4 personal days after your first full calendar year.
