Unlimited vacation policy (as long as it's not abused), good health/vision/dental coverage, helps set up 401K, dry-cleaning service twice a week, relaxation/new mother rooms, private coffee shop/barista and subsidized kitchen/food. Game area with pool table and arcade games. Private company gym with private trainers, showers and locker room.
Medical, dental, not really any other benefit packages
Worst: NO PTO, no 401k matching, no sick pay. Best: Offer insurance, some paid holidays

Free Lunches, Fully Stacked Kitchen, Gym, Unlimited Time Off, Health Benefits
Flexible vacation time - as needed, "unlimited". This is a pro and con, as it depends on immediate workload, relationship with supervisor, etc. not to mention, it is at-will employment, so there is no guarantee of a job upon returning if you decide to leave to the bahamas for half a month.
Only benefits for part time is paid time off! But, I'm not complaining - that was more than expected by me!
The best this is their unlimited paid time off.
the benefits package does nothing for me. I would not recommend anyone take it. I think it's a scam
