The benefits package offered is one of the best available. Comprehensive medical, dental, health and life with lots of customization options based on employee needs. No complaints!

Standard benefits, 401k, PTO, health insurance, dental, vision. Maybe more PTO initially for new hires than at other companies.

When I first started with Fujitsu I was a contractor, most of their employees are contractors, and will be for a few years at first before converted to full-time. Their health insurance provides you with a HRA amount you can use towards your healthcare spending, once it runs out you have to pay a deductible before you get to the 80/20 payments. It wasn't bad at first but the next year the HRA amount was reduced in half and added onto my deductible, and if you have need to go to the doctor's office often then it adds up quickly.
