Generous PTO for people who work there for more than 7 years. 28 days PTO year up to 42 days max
I like the company, the environment is great, love the culture and the people
Standard benefits, 401k, PTO, health insurance, dental, vision. Maybe more PTO initially for new hires than at other companies.
When I first started with Fujitsu I was a contractor, most of their employees are contractors, and will be for a few years at first before converted to full-time. Their health insurance provides you with a HRA amount you can use towards your healthcare spending, once it runs out you have to pay a deductible before you get to the 80/20 payments. It wasn't bad at first but the next year the HRA amount was reduced in half and added onto my deductible, and if you have need to go to the doctor's office often then it adds up quickly.
I think the benefits package is on par with other companies. I do wish that they would incorporate PTO (personal time off). Instead, Fujitsu separates its vacation days and sick days.
18 days of PTO from the 1st year. The number increases to 23 days after 3 years, and then to 28 days after 8 years in addition to company holidays. But no sick leave.
High deductible health insurance and is expensive
Fujitsu does offer a Fair Benefits package, 401k, Health, Dental, Vision, Paid Time off.
The best thing about Fujitsu's Benefits, is that you rarely have a co-pay.
The company does not offer any kind of benefits for contractors. Atleast non of which I am aware of.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
