“Premiums were paid by employer.”
“Unlimited vacation - no accrual.”
“Flexible to WFH if needed. Not a lot though.”
Reasonable benefits. Continued to decline in quality and size over time.
When you first get started there is no insurance offered.
Good overall benefits package (balance of insurance, PTO, stipends, etc.); flexibility with use of benefits. PTO flexibility dependent on team, but generally if your work is able to be covered, few limitations on when you can take time off.
Great benefits and company culture.
It's got a good benefits package. It doesn't seem to keep people since the overturn is crazy but I've worked at different places and by and large this place has the best benefits
Unlimited time off if you are into that.
Unlimited vacation, 3% 401k match, paternity leave and annual $300 reimbursement for personal improvement.
401k, medical and dental insurance. Unlimited PTO. Good sick day policy. Commuter benefits, weekly lunches and fully stocked kitchen.
Awesome benefits! Medical, dental, and vision provided
Unlimited vacation - so no accrued PTO, pretty flexible. Great health and dental insurance almost 95% covered Life insurance equal to 1yr salary $40 commuter benefits Stock benefits/bonus Pretty good salary They could however improve the technology they provide to their engineers. Old macbooks and hard to get monitors/quality peripherals.
