Healthcare is good and the 401k seems like a good investment once you get enough money to contribute to it. Overall, pretty solid package vacation-wise too.
There are many of the standard benefits that accompany the market average for jobs within this warehouse sector though the qualities and levels and available options to the employees may seem below the market average.
Insurance isn’t helpful unless you have a catastrophic even in your life.
No good benefits. No vacation for first year. 401 K is not impressive. They do give you flexibility for schedule for weekdays.have to work on weekends and holidays
High deductible, poor coverage on health insurance. Dental isn't even worth paying for- you spend a lot to have coverage that stops only $100 past what you paid. 401k match is only 1%. I hear they are shopping for better insurance for next year. I hope so! Absolutely zero maternity leave. They will allow you to take the time off that they are legally required to, but you won't get any pay and you have to pay ahead on insurance or lose your coverage.
Extremely high deductible and low coverage, horrible 401k match (1%) no sick days, no personal days, 1 week vacation after 1 year but they won’t let you take it from November-January because those are black out dates
3 weeks paid vacation after 3 years, 4 weeks after 20 years, no paid holidays or sick days, 401k with 1% match
Good company and would work there
$4125 insurance deductible, poor coverage, 1% 401K match, no sick days, no paid maternity leave.
It's only 15% with full priced items. It really makes no difference. Most people will wait for a sale, just the same as the public.
