One has to wait too long for some of the benefits which is unfair. Benefits should be competitive to local industry. Overall good working environment
Wouldn't recommend FutureCare. You don't get any vacation your first year of working there. If you want vacation, you have time borrow time for your next years vacation. If you aren't in the nursing department, you aren't valued or paid well. If you are a manager, they require you to give 1 month notice. Not eligible for 401k until after 1 year of service. I heard from current employees that they aren't matching for 2020.
Cost is appropriate for the level of benefits provided
all fine you have to waite to long''
Health benefits are good for full-time employees
Very pricy but multiple option. Flexible hours for management
Coworkers are easy to get along with.
