I loved the fact that they had an EPO. So far out of my employment history that was the best health insurance plan I've had. Its like a PPO but in network like a HMO. Dental and ortho are good too.
Fine. Average. Okay. Normal. Available.
The best thing about the benefits is the dental. The worst part about the benefits is that it can change at any time and you may lose some benefits in the process. And it seems like everyone has a different story on why the benefits has changed.
Benefits were good compared to the market
Health, dental, vision - premium for family was much less than I paid at other companies. Co-pays were low too. Recently added sick days but took away from PTO. No 401k matching.
They change it every year. Would like the option for Kaiser.
I think the package is very fair!
all benefits are good. they offer different options that work best for you. overall no complaints and HR does an excellent job in explaining it all to you.
