Company pays all out of pocket expenses towards health insurance deductibles. Don't know any other companies that do that. If you have a lot of medical expenses this can add up to a significant benefit.
Nothing is worse about it... everything is OK as far as your employment is concerned the way I see it.
No 401k match. Was told "Fuze [as a private company] won't match and [this is typical of private companies in this round of venture funding]."
No 401K Match. Mediocre health insurance. Open vacation policy is great, but its very hard to take vacation and not get guilt form upper management. Best thing. Options. That is, if they ever go somewhere.
No match on 401k. Health and dental included in benefits package. They also provided a decent amount of shares in 2015
So far, everything seems to be on par with most companies benefits. Nothing really to report.
Has some basic company perks like MBTA reimbursement. Company does pay medical deductible in full up to $2K, which is nice. No 401K match, no cash bonus. Medical and dental benefits are OK, but no vision. Tuition reimbursement is lower then average at around $2K per year. Vacation policy is so wide open most don't know how much time they can or can't take and it lacks clear policy structure.
Health insurance is a very strong plan with deductible funded by the company as well. MBTA reimbursement for commuters.
Fully funded healthcare. Benefits that make big companies look bad.
Full dental and medical, god 401k, no employer contribution though.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
