“I can not speak to anything more than the minimal coverage. That was fine...”
“Combined with the WFH policy, time off was basically unlimited”
great options at low cost to me, no 401k mathcing at this time, but should come soon
Unlimited vacation time was a big plus. Health benefits were okay, they were going to make a big change so I would recommend reviewing the package. There was no 401k matching.
"Choose your own" programs. A little difficult to understand but everything is covered when you do the research
Best thing was the HSA without that you paying through the roof because of the High Deductible plans.
Significant % of healthcare covered. Unlimited PTO!
Fair to good. Similar to other tech ventures
No 401k match. Medical benefits not great -- employees are constantly complaining about issues with their medical insurance outside of MA.
The Insurance is terrible (I'm still on my spouses plan), there is no 401K Match.
Flexibility to work remotely is amazing. Health benefits could be better but are on par with the market.
Benefits are the highlight of working at Fuze
