Some aspects like 401k match are missing, but this is common for private companies. Work/life balance is really a thing with the 'work from anywhere' policy. The company is rolling out a pilot benefit for US employees for 12 weeks paid family/medical/maternity/paternity leave. If you elected an HSA this year, the company funded a $800 deposit to help everyone get started.
Given the nature of Health care ours is pretty normal. We do have an HSA which is nice because it also allows you to invest that money while it is waiting to be used. There are some business expense reimbursements like Parking, commuting, and travel.
