G Adventures offers us the standard (important) benefits, like vacation time, health insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan benefits with employer contributions (after six months).. but the best perks are the travel and special days off. Full time staff have the chance to travel on a G adventures tour once/year after we've been with the company a year, for no cost up to a certain dollar value. Plus, airfare allowances! And, in addition to vacation days and company holidays, we each get a "me day", a "we day", a "G day" and our birthdays off, to develop our skills, give back to our communities, embrace our core values and celebrate another year of life. Pretty generous, if you ask me!
