horrible insurance plan, during most of the doctors visit you en up paying out of pockets, decent 401K, no reimbursement of accrued vacation days after leave, maternity leave 2 months, discount on sample sale , but company never give anything to employees for free , company does have all benefits which look good on the paper, but in reality all of it is such a poor quality or not substantial that you dont benefit from sny of these benefits.
