Benefits ok I mainly used my wifes insurance.401k was fine.As good as any other company that I have worked for.
Offered employees a comprehensive benefits package, that covered that essentials. The price was reasonable. The company is self insured, so you don't get all the same offerings that you do with some company plans such as health reimbursements etc.
Need to know,how does the vacation time works.I have 294 hours as of today. My Anniversary date is August 29th. I have been with the company 21 years and 9 months. When do I loose my vacation time ,if not used. What should I do, in order to not loose my Time Off.
