The best thing about the benefits package is the 401K...it is the best that I have seen in the industry. I was concerned about how to navigate salary negotiations but it honestly became an easy discussion and the company leadership was very fair in what they negotiated. I was very pleased with the outcome and process.
Comprehensive package tailorable for each individual.
Great medical and dental, good salary and flexible hours. Retirement package is good and the personnel help you with everything.
401k Is amazing, PTO is on par with the industry.
For me, the best thing about the benefits package is the education benefit. $10K a year for anything job related. This includes classes, conferences, certifications, dues, etc.
The benefits start day one from your hire date and they have a very low pay out from the employee compared to big companies
Hefty 401k match (8%), competitive healthcare insurance and nice allotment of PTO based on experience. All were above industry average.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
