Average benefits, could be better could be worse. Different options to select from to make the most of what's available. 401k, medical, dental, vision, etc. all offered.
Bare Minimum, and what is offered is so overly expensive you have nothing to live on by the time everything comes out
Hardly any benefits. No vacation pay until a year in the company. Promise you full time position but actual hours worked is inconsistent. Training is just a bunch of slides read out loud and could be down in a few hours rather than a week and a half.
Good -The health insurance is somewhat pricey but in-line with other corporations. -The was a 4% 401K match -Great PTO Package Bad -The only downside is there's no tuition reimbursement.
i started a 401k Here but they do not match...
Offered: 401k(no matching); Health/Dental/Vision(partially employer subsidized), free $10,000 life insurance policy, no performance bonus, good employee discount program
Group life and eye care benefits are pretty good. I didn't participate in other benefit plans.
The family coverage for health care insurance is very expensive, and dental coverage isn't worth having. However, the vision insurance and pet insurance are excellent.
Pre-tax medical, dental and 401k (with other things like pre-paid legal and other niche benefits). They don't do a 401k match, big negative. Medical is poor and not cheap and REALLY expensive if you want to put a family on it (at say $10-13 guard?).
The health and dental insurances are a little bit below average in quality. I wouldn't join this company for the insurance benefits as they cost a lot more thru G4S.
