Employees also have a variety of voluntary plan options available to them such as pre-paid legal, critical illness and accident insurance and identity theft protection.
Employees who do not enroll in any of the G4S benefit plan options still have benefits available to them including access to physician consultations via video, a prescription discount program and lasik eye-surgery discounts.

The company has very good benefits. Good health, eye, dental insurance is available.
They offered very nice discounts at dozens of business and online programs, free training, solid retirement and vacation packages ( dependent on years of service) as well as incentive for promotion from within to higher positions.
Voyage 401K is the best thing, however they stopped matching it.
Base wage for Upscale Security Officer for our client is 14.34 an hour. The Insurance package is outrageously expensive. After one year of employment you get 40 hours of leave / vacation.
The worst thing about the offered benefits are that they are well below what the command staff is offered. THe dental is very good but the health insurance is substandard.
