One week vacation after one year with the company. Some sites over more. Health/ Life insurance can range from poor to great depending on how much your willing to spend. 401k's are available, but the company does't contribute anything. No perks whatsoever. Benefits are poor as well. Also, there is no paid time off or vacation.
It depends on the site you work for. Some are unioned some aren't.
Paid vacation was the only good thing offered.
3% match, Health benefits - ok. Monthly meals...
the plans are expensive and when you have to actually use your medical it doesn't cover that much. you have to come out of pocket, i had a large deductible, and they raised the plans frequently.
401(K) match in unpredictable, but the PTO is very generous.
I haven’t really gotten the opportunity to look into the benefits offered by G4S, but I consistently receive emails from G4S with opportunitys to have benefits
The benefits are good. They're standard--medical, dental. Vacation days accrued. Sick days(used to be personal days as well but it was changed to sick days only)
The best is the health insurance and dental insurance
