40 hours after one year of employment.
You have to work at that same site you were placed at for a whole year to get a week worth of paid vacation. You could get moved with results in starting over
Not sure mines starts Sept. 19 first vacation with the company
This is sight specific not company wide. you get 20 hours once you begin working the sight and then accrue days as you work. I started in Feb and by Aug I had 80 hours.
Yeah you can get time off, but not paid vacations
40 hours a year ..... forever !
You don't have to wait accrue time off. It starts at the time of hiring and it's pretty robust.
vacation and paid time off are pretty good; sick time included in PTO totals; any unused PTO cannot be bought out and does not roll-over, instead it goes into an EIB bank
Sick pay goes away if you don't use it. I don't get sick...so it is pretty much a waste for me. PTO for either vacation or sick days would be better than the current split.
You need to wait 1 full year before getting paid vacation.
