Does not match the 401k. Also the health insurance is a bit expensive. Everything else is good.
the package is good enough
The worst thing is that they keep changing the package layout yearly , so your never sure what to expect year in year out.
there is not any positive Benefits here at this Insane place...
I like the single coverage.
It's cost effective for a single person 5
The worst thing is the sick time. You earn the federal minimum of 1 hour of sick time earned for every 30 hours. You don’t earn Paid Time Off until you’ve been with the company for 1 year. Then, once you get to that mark the company haggles you and tries to make you feel guilty for taking your earned vacation. Oh, and their “vacation” means giving you a check for 1 weeks’ work and then marking you absent when you do take that 1 week off. So backwards, but what can you expect from a company that’s so backwards.
The best thing about the benefits package is that it is client-based, so if your site location wants to match what you are given to what they offer their employees it could be really good and vice-versa.
the worst thing is the high price of the insurance.
The health insurance is a joke!
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
