I had a great trainer. But it was confusing that one person would tell you to do it one way and another a different way.
Very good extensive, knowledgeable and really enjoyed it
Some training is just so the employee understands the application being used. Then you get coaching on the floor. However other training is just a quick over view so the management can say you were trained, but really you were just thorn to the phones unprepared. All employees and managers have policy available to them, BUT wait there is a time limit to research policy and take care of the customer properly.
This is a big joke, they cram all this stuff in and pick on you when you make a mistake
two weeks training was adequate
They do offer very extensive training but expect you to understand everything pretty quickly
Very short time period for training and not much ongoing training at all.
