You have to work for 1000 hours before getting paid holidays. The health insurance is only minimally cheaper than the marketplace options.
Best is that we get paid weekly, the worst is that all the great benefits don't kick in until 60 days after the start date.
The best thing about the benefit package is the Student Loan Payment option- that is one less bill that I have to worry about. Also, cell phone reimbursement, gym membership reimbursement, vacation time and health insurance are all awesome benefits that are competitive with other companies.
