The best thing about the benefit package is the Student Loan Payment option- that is one less bill that I have to worry about. Also, cell phone reimbursement, gym membership reimbursement, vacation time and health insurance are all awesome benefits that are competitive with other companies.
Very unprofessional company to work for.
Not being able to contribute to the 401k in your first year of employment.
This is the only contractor I have worked for that has provided PTO and holiday pay. Others have been "paid only when you work"
Health Insurance, Dental, Medical, 401K, Life Insurance, Disability, Bonuses, Snacks, PTO
Good health benefits, 3 weeks PTO that is accrued, good 401K match after a year with the company.
They offer all the usual benefits. It wasn't the best package and wasn't the worst I've ever seen. Pretty basic.
Health benefits are available after 60 days. The health insurance offered has a very high deductible, so I'm choosing to pay Cobra to continue my benefits. I believe the 401K is after 1 year - I do wish that was enabled at the same time because I would take advantage of that as soon as I could. The compensation and being able to work from home; however, is great.
The mere fact that a consulting company offers benefits is great. Theirs is average, I would say, and most of it is funded by the employee, but if you're in need of benefits, it's nice to know this company provides them.
Even as a contract employee, I accrue hours of billed services which lead toward benefits eligibility. I'm unable to afford the rates for the health insurance open to me at this time but the holiday and sick time pay offers is quite unexpected from a contract position.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
