You need to put in 3 months / prove you are worthwhile, and then *fight* for your benefits
Constant bait and switch. They don't care about staff only numbers. Management doesn't listen to staff they know everything already
The benefits package is amazing.
Great benefits for younger employees. Oxford Healthcare and Aetna dental. There was also a 401k plan they put in place recently.
Last week of December and first week of January off in addition to 2 weeks in the year after two years of service.
It was the vision. They didn't offer that which I found extremely odd
4 weeks vacation in year one that jumps to 4 in year two and a PPO medical plan that comes with a Visa card to cover all copays.
seems like a good plan, very little money deducted from paycheck, but no one seems to know about benefits. Is there HR in the US???????
Paid healthcare 100%. Free week vacation over Christmas Holiday.
Having to wait 90 day for benefits is the worst other than that its a great package.
