4 weeks vacation in year one that jumps to 4 in year two and a PPO medical plan that comes with a Visa card to cover all copays.
It was the vision. They didn't offer that which I found extremely odd

Paid healthcare 100%. Free week vacation over Christmas Holiday.
Having to wait 90 day for benefits is the worst other than that its a great package.
