    Benefits for the 401k are generally rather good. The financial management plan is also very good and they do 50 cent match on contributions, up to 8%, and an automatic 3% of your salary contribution.

    Best in class 401K offering with match and automatic company contribution, Permissive paid time off policy which proved to be very nice if you had supportive leadership, maternity leave was competitive, health benefits were expensive for decent coverage.
