    Totally Outstanding. I don't want to give away the benefits specifically for GE's sake, but again, outstanding. Every year I knew people that couldn't use them all because they are so comprehensive.

    The company offers permissive time off and doesn't cap vacation like other companies. All time off has to be worked out with management.
