Kaiser is offered and is great. Clinic is close by and getting appointments is easy on the online system. Prescription refills are done very quickly and can be ordered over the phone. Communicating with doctors over email is a great time saver.

The coverage as absolutely bare bones, and the logistics for accessing benefits and getting reimbursed is atrocious. Add to that, the high premiums and it's just disappointing from such a large company. It was a real shock once we really understood the program.

High Deductible and plan just ok.

All medical plans suck equally. Huge deductible and out of pocket. The vision plan is equally pathetic.

  • Aug 19, 2017

Pathetic health insurance. All the three plans suck with a very high deductible. When you negotiate your salary, ensure that you ask for at least 10K more than your base because that is what you are going to pay out of pocket for your medical. The vision insurance sucks too! Only one pair of glasses every two years, and that too basic model can't go for anything fancy. In short terrible and pathetic!
