Their health insurance is horrible for a large company.
High Deductible, low premium - although the premiums keep rising. No copay plans available. Still better than the socialized programs, but market pressure is ruining everyone's health care. GE overs a fair package in a lousy market.

It is a good cost, but the only plans available have a fairly high deductible. This is made up in part by a contribution to an HRA that is given to employees on certain plans. The amount varies by the number of people covered on the plan.
