They have it at least... But I believe it's 2 weeks, and maybe 1 for guys?
It is a reasonable amount of time, but there isn't a clear path to joining your job where you left it.
I have not used it, but many people on the team (both women and men) have used it. They all seem very happy with their paid time off.
They recently added 12 weeks leave for mothers and 4 weeks for fathers
I haven't used it personally, but the maternity/paternity benefits are gender-equal, and cover adoption as well.
Officially offered but hard to take due to resource constraints
Six weeks of leave provided to be used on a day at a time basis within a year of the child's birth, whether father or mother. I have not seen a plan this generous elsewhere.
