“Poor performing options are offered”
“you get 6 weeks of time off within 1 year of new child or adoption. You can use it in segments or all at once, depending on business needs and work load. There is some paperwork and it can be confusing at first, but there is someone at the administration to help you.”
“Very high out of pocket costs/deductibles.”
Best - flexible time off policy
The AI team at GE is really good with their research and pays well for the work that is expected from interns. Overall a good experience
401k matching is decent, flexible paid time off. High deductible plans for insurance.
Flexible hours are nice. Cost of health is not.
Quickly deteriorating. Pension is frozen. Poor 401k investment options with ok company match. Subpar health insurance. Nickel-and-dime incentive bonuses hard-to-get.
Benefit plans have very high deductibles.
Salary is low but hours are flexible
Challenging technical work and working with some of the greatest minds in the field. On flip side, beaurocracy seems to have taken a deep root and after 5 yrs, career stagnates with practically a dead end for most due to flat org structure. Pay is sub par so passion for this kind of work is what keeps most people here.
Robust 401k and great culture discounts
Generous 401k plan with company match 50% up to certain amount. Medical insurance costs seem to increase by >8% each year
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
