    Health insurance benefits have declined in the time I've been at GE...we pay more for less now.

    very high premiums and keep growing every year

    Premiums are very high and deductibles are high as well. Generally not very good plan, but may very well be a problem everyone is facing in today's healthcare wo's. They do offer a health savings account that they do contribute money annually to which is helpful.

    The healthcare plan keeps getting worse and more expensive. Used to be much better. There are 3 plans and even the cheapest plan is expensive

    High deductible, many restrictions and limitations. Health plan provider has changed almost yearly since 2015, with reduced coverage after each switch.
