Probably industry average - there are 3 plans to choose from, one with a high deductible and a self funded savings account, 2 that are slightly less high deductible with HSA & FSA, partially funded by the company

Very poor, I had a baby and a surgery and I was was paying 30.000 dollars for three years. In Canada, England and SudAfrica something as normal as having a baby is for free.
