The matching 401k along with pension was the best part of the benefits package. They have since ended the pension, but the matching 401k is still strong. Permissive vacation is a great benefit allowing employees to take time to renew their energy and passion.

You will have a very competitive compensation and 401K. Health Insurance is based on the options you chose. The only downside is the "progressive time off" vs vacation days. You don't earn vacation time under this new program.

Just above average benefits. Time-off is all manager approved except for company holidays. This can be a blessing or a curse depending on your manager.

GE Healthcare has recently instituted a "no remote work" policy. Seems to be strictly enforced, and there are no exceptions. If you plan to work at least partly from home, look elsewhere.

All benefits are very generous, it is a very well run company , you must work hard but the rewards are very attractive. You have a lot of independence which is encouraging.

Time off is up to your manager, no longer a set number of weeks for vacation.
