good salary and bonus plan
They match dollar for dollar for the first 3% of your contributions into 401k. Offered medical, dental and vision but it was mediocre at best. It’s actually cheaper to pay cash for your vision needs and not pay for their vision insurance. Vacation time is comparable to industry. The difference is that they kept the old policy from the company they bought and you could take a half day of vacation.
Used to be best company to work for with great benefits. Recent change on Health Care is a disaster (Industries standard I guess). 401K is matching only yearly now instead of per paycheck like it used to. Vision and Dental used to be free as part of the health care now everyone has to pay additional for the same benefits a year ago. The unlimited vacation sound great at first but if your work is piling up due to lack of resource (laid off)..well you will never have a true vacation if you're manager. I can't even force myself to take 2 weeks off (used to be 5 weeks) due to workload (and not just me, I speak for 200+ in my team).
Benefits offered - medical , dental, eye with employee contribution. Benefits get les coverage every year.
The deductible is quite high. Vision insurance not good.
I did not get benefits as co-op
- Solid health insurance options - Reimbursed for gym membership. There is a cap, but it's still a great feature. - Vast array of addition benefits including tuition reimbursement & adoption assistance. - Some or all levels of employees have the no specified min/max on vacation. You work out your time out of the office with your manager.
401(k) match is generous Also have a flex spending bonus that is added to normal flex spending for Medical ($1000)
401k, maternity/paternity leave is 12 weeks and time off (PTO) is undefined and can be taken to the extent your manager approves
Expensive but the cover it all.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
