The job was great very busy.. it was challenging at times. Plenty of room for growth. the worst thing is that it was only a contract position.
Competitive benefits but as a long time employee, the plan's value has continuously eroded. Pension eligible employees lose that benefit at the end of 2020.

Company uses BCBS of AL. insurance rejects majority of claims for terminal or progressive diagnosis. No assistance from HR
401k match and unlimited PTO - dental and vision is cheap but medical is expensive for not that great of coverage
