They have a good retirement plan. They match up to whatever you set up. you are invested within three years to receive all your benefits but for now only partial.

Excellent retirement plan. GE adds $1 to every $1 up till 6%
The contribution into my plan was less that previous employer but I think it's the standard now.
If you don't retire with GE you loss the 3% extra they put forth.
