401k, Dental, PTO are very competitive
The company has many perks such as 401k health insurance vacations and time off. Health insurance is expensive you get time off and vacation.

Everything is pretty solid. Unlimited vacation is cool, but still you need to get all your work done. Flexible lunch plans, ect.
High deductible health insurance is expensive and 401K match is held until year end.

Health insurance costs high with high deductible. Can select from 3 programs to reduce deductible but increase cost or vica versa.
401K was recently changed and GE will only deposit your match after 3 years of service. The Vision insurance rates have increased so much that it's probably better to put your money on a saving account. The dental plan is still very good. One of the best plans I've seen.
Benefits are Ok. Health benefits have not been great in the last few years.
