“Company match program as good as I've seen in any large company”
“Permissive. You can request as much time as you need most people do not request more than the average 2 weeks per year. Though it has been a bit different with the pandemic.”
“The prescription drug plan was switched to mail in. This has been the only issue we have had with our benefit package. It may have been helpful too many but when prescription are not sent on time and/or late for dependents it is a problem. Other than that the benefits package is generous.”
Excellent overall benefits, 401K, time off, maternity/paternity leave, health/vision/dental/life insurance
Good for single person. Family may be not great
Great health benefits and wellness benefits, 401K plan and paid time off program. Salaries are also very competitive.
everything about it was marginal. 401k matching, time off, healthcare. all acceptable but nothing special
Health insurance was standard, but 401K match was great and so was the paid time off/vacation. The flexibility to work from home when you needed to was really nice too.
Mail in pharmacy has been less than optimal or efficient. That is my only complaint.
GE is pretty generous with their benefits.
401k matching up to 6%
Bare minimum so the company can keep their money. Employee - Last
Lots of perks and discounts
