401k matching up to 6%
The best is permissive time off and employer 401k contribution match.
great health insurance and other perks
Lots of perks and discounts
Good 401K, but no pension for new employees. Generous maternity/paternity leave benefits.
Standard benefits, but medical/dental have increased significantly over the years as they look to cut costs. Permissable time off which is a nice perk.
Unlimited PTO is the reason I'm still here. I took ~ 8 -10 weeks PTO every year...the only exception was 2020... I took 5 weeks because there's nowhere to go. But it all depends on your team. I'm in a research team. As long as I finish my work, my manager doesn't care how much PTO I have.
Advantages: They have Good timeoff They also give Good stocks DisAdvantages: Average Insurance but have different plans
Great benefits. Generous sick time off as well as vacation time.
