There are no benefits for interns
Good coverage but some higher level coverage was expensive.
Time off is now as needed instead of using days in a bank
Everything is great about the benefits package, I wish we could receive stock compensation also.
401K and bonus opps, health insurance options
401K is the fairly standard 7% plus 1/2 match. Employee contributions for health insurance options have become quite costly in the recent years. The best part of the benefits package would probably have to be the "permissive time off" policy, a very recent change to the very traditional vacation days accrual system previously in place.
Poor insurance. Company match half up to 4%. Plus 3% for non pension. E.g. If you contribute 8%, GE will contribute 7% (8/2 + 3)
They kept cutting it back
Good 401k match and flexible vacation policy.
Overall good benefits. Healthcare is expensive and high deductible.
