“401 k matching available, and I believe it varies depending on when you got hired. Pretty decent though”

“They recently changed to "unlimited" PTO, which means you get "the time you need" but needs to get approved by your supervisor.”

  • Health Insurance  (114 comments)

“High deductible, many restrictions and limitations. Health plan provider has changed almost yearly since 2015, with reduced coverage after each...”

"Unlimited PTO", 401k matching, good maternity/paternity leave. Health Benefits used to be better (like for most companies). Recently started making employees pay for Dental and Vision on top of higher payments for general health care. Health care has 3 tiers depending on how high you want your deductible to be. Relatively good with working from home and flexibility of hours if you are an "office worker" and depending on the role and your preformance. Interesting company related discounts for travel, appliances, and even daycare. Overall a good package.

Your health benefit payments are based on how much you make. You supplement for those making less. 401K match is excellent but funds could be better. Many include GE stock which has not performed well.

Matching 401k, good starting salaries. Great healthcare and dental insurance. Also HRA account helps tremendously when you need it most.

Health, Life, & even other "perks" included in the benefits package. Great for family driven employees that need good insurance.

Heath plan coverage. Even the premium package includes very high deductibles and a long list of restrictions.
