Health insurance is great and you can add dental and vision for very cheap. 401K is matched and adds up quickly. Profit sharing is the best time of the year!

Profit Sharing!! Hands down the best benefit. Worst is the vacation. After 4 years still only 2 weeks off per year. And no maternity/paternity leave.

401k is base on your yearly profit sharing plus whatever you send to your 401k. Benefits are great and through United health care. they range from $75.00 per pay check and up to $100.00 per pay check for the different plans they offer.

Best job I've ever had honestly. Pay is reasonable, with room to grow. Great benefits. Employee discount on insurance is 9%. It seems low, but it is heavily state regulated and adds in with other discounts on insurance, so for some the discount is more beneficial than others.
