The best and worst thing about GF Management's United Healthcare plan was that it was the legal bare minimum. Other than that, they offered no real benefits just like everyone else.
They offered benefits, but it was funny to consider how much you had to pay out of your checks in order to have benefits. They would've been better off not offering benefits at all.
The offered benefits meet the minimum requirement. Vacation time is low in comparison
The healthcare is HORRIBLE! The worst. No PTO - still broken out at personal, vacation and sick.
Minimal vacation time, do not match 401k. Health benefits improved within the past year.
No communication of insurance and 401k program is ever mentioned
Only the basic benefits were covered: health insurance, vacation and paid time off, etc. There was no bonus available and I was a Vice President. GFM did pay to relocate me with the caveat that I must work for 12 months, or I would have to pay it back.
Terrible all the way around
The benefits are extremely high. They are not very good. Upper management as in CEOs with company get the benefits and make the millions while the little guys get crumbs. Terrible company
Only two options for health care bare bones with HUGE deductible or top of the line with HUGE premium.
