I was told that it could be accrued and I would be paid for it versus having to take it prior to a sale closing. I had to go to the Head of Corporate HR to get paid. Ridiculous way to treat people.
one week after one year. only 4 sick days and 1 personal. 5 paid holidays.
No vacation time first year, only one week the following year. You can negotiate at time of hire.

Too little for managers as they are slaves
Pretty standard, if you even have time for vacation. You are expected to work 24/7 and that is not even enough. There were people in my hotel who did not even get to use their vacation and were not paid out.
