  • Health Insurance  (4 comments)

“A little on the high side for benefit payments bi-weekly, but insurance is good and broad and covers majority of basic needs”

401K is pretty good and it was nice to have sick days.

Generous paid time off, vacation and sick days. Insurance plus be better and cheaper. 401K match seems average vs. competing companies.

Great 401k, matches 100% per $1 you contribute for up to 4%.

Upholding their standard of employee focus, GGP offers wonderful benefits. The PTO leaves you with plenty of time to relax and enjoy life rather than working through it. The 401K is available almost immediately rather than having to wait a year to enroll like most companies. The health insurance is spectacular and GGP does more than their fair share with absorbing the increases in premiums to make sure that all of its employees can afford to have insurance. Many companies are unwilling to offer maternity leave, where as GGP stepped it up a notch and even offers paid paternity leave.

Stock plan, the stock isn't doing so well at the moment but the ability to invest in your company at a 15% discount is great,

Cons: Health Insurance is expensive. Working from home is not an option. Pros: Decent amount of paid time off and flexibility to use it.

401k matching on 6% is great.
