The benefits here are solid. The company pays a lot and offers many incentives. When my second child was born, I did not pay more for an additional dependent. Maternity leave was SUCH a blessing! They might not be the best in the industry, but GLG strives to be competitive and compassionate in their benefits packages. They also partner with start-up apps to offer supplementary benefits (like: Maven, Urban Sitter, etc). Coming from a background in food service, where the mere idea of benefits or time off was laughable by owners and managers, it is a relief to be with a company that tried to build care into their structure.

Great benefits, fully staffed and easy to reach HR that seems to actually care about the well-being of employees. Only cons are that the health insurance plan has a deductible, premiums are not fully covered (but they're cheap), and they do "unlimited" vacation (but people actually do take 4-5 weeks in my experience)

The work from home and unlimited PTO are wonderful. Only downside is their very tiny 401k contribution.
