Unlimited vacation. Not to be taken literally but still very progressive policy.
What is unlimited vacation when your boss doesn't take it and you look like a jerk for asking.

Flexible vacation policy. If you are responsible and manage your time well, this is a great perk.
Your ability to take time is purely at the discretion of your manager, and there is no "payout" if you don't use it.

Flexible time off policy is a great addition. Requires setting expectations with manager but has proven a good thing overall.

vacation is pretty good and generous
GLG is very unclear about your vacation and paid time off, and your managers will be very unhelpful when you try to figure out exactly how much time off you are entitled too. They will often become salty when you ask for time off. That's messed up, in my opinion.
