    You do have to wait a year before you get the 5 days of PTO, but you get very good vacation and sick time along with floating holidays right from the start.

    Lots of paid time to enjoy--floating holidays, 2-3 weeks vacation, depending on level, additional paid time off after one year, company holidays and even volunteer time off.
