Only match up to 4 percent of annual salary with contribution of $0.50 on every $1.00. Also a long vesting term of 5 years.
Not super high percentage of contribution but decent enough.
Matching has a employment time eligibility and full-time status only - however, if you can get the HR department to return calls regarding future openings, especially if you are a top performing, this benefit is great.

You have to be employed for the entire calendar year to be eligible for the match if you leave the company.
The company contribution is competitive, but could improve. It's around the national average.
