Good vacation time, great maternity/paternity leave. Not amazing medical benefits, just standard.
Health, 401k, Dental, massive paternity/maternity benefit - everything you would hope for and expect from a company.
3 months paid maternity and/or paternity leave to be used within one year of birth. A huge step in the right direction to support working parents.

Health benefits are controlled by Omnicom. The plans are on the high end. 401K could be better. Good parental leave.
