The job training was pretty easy. Granted I've worked more difficult jobs for training so this was a breeze.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Sales Associate in Denton, Texas

Job training is minimal at best. They teach us to run the computer and by day 3 I was on my own.

Virtually none. One and a half weeks of training with another manager, and then thrown into the midst.

utilizes technology to best inform the workers

I truly do believe that with my training here, I could go anywhere and sell reasonably well!

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Norman, Oklahoma

great job training, showed me exactly what i had to do and didn't deter from that. some things took longer to learn

StarStarStarStarStar Former Assistant Manager in Mobile, Alabama

There is computer based training that sets down a good base knowledge of GNC products, but doesn't help with third party products. The sales training is not standardized and if you don't have a good manager you get tossed in the fire with no help.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Buford, Georgia

Had a week of training. Not a difficult job anyway!

StarStarStarStarStar Current Store Manager in Southaven, Mississippi

Very sad “training” program. 6 pages of “teach employee how to clock in” “Allow time to read handbook” Nothing in writing is detailed or specific, a good manager is thorough but if a manager isn’t good at training prior to coming to GNC they will not find success in training their staff just using the GMC training modles.
